At EliteMotion, we want you to love your gear — but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

3-Day Return Window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a replacement or refund.

Free Return Shipping

Returns are completely free. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and simple instructions to self-return the product.

Only 5% Restocking Fees

We charge only 5% restocking fees. You’ll receive difference amount once the item is returned and approved.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All original tags and accessories must be included

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

Please do not send any returns without contacting us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

  • Items marked as Final Sale (currently, none)

How to Start a Return

Email us at connect@elitemotion.in with your order number and the reason for return.

If eligible, we’ll send you:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Clear instructions to send the package back to:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
